 Hi My name is Miranda and I just had one of the greatest experiences of my life with one of your Realtors, Dave Dry From Edmonton, Alberta.

As a first time home buyer I was very uneasy and unkowledgable to the process of purchasing my first home. My agent was absolutely AMAZING!! He made this process for me very easy and understandable. He took time to explain the things that I did not understand without making me feel insignificant in any way. He was very patient and understanding of my needs and wants, and did not mind discussing and viewing listings over a cup of timmies coffee. My family and myself truly enjoyed his honesty, integrity and his great sense of humor.

 He went well above and beyond his call of duty by checking out crawl spaces and sometimes getting dirty in the process. He has an excellent skill at reading a person and just knew when a house was not for me but showed it to me anyhow. When the property we purchased came up, he called me to advise me that we needed to look at it right away, therefore we put a bid in that same day.
 He found us the perfect home with all the items that we requested, and as we were on a tight budget, I'm sure it was no easy task. I feel overwhelmed with gratitude and pride in ownership, and this is thanks to Mr. Dry.
 The Lawyer he referred us to was also wonderful to deal with.
 I will now be talking about him for a long time to come as he made the experience of purchasing my very first home very comfortable for me and everyone who was involved. I am proud to say that he was my Realtor and will recommend Both Re/max and Dave to all of my family, friends and co workers.
