Banks boosting mortgage rates

Needs verses desires

"A home that meets my needs, at the lowest possible price", is what every home buyer states. Yet, when a home buyer goes shopping for a home, two homes compete for their dollar: a home that meets their needs, and a home that fulfills their desires.

Has there been a better time to move up.

I know that property prices are declining however with low interest rates and declining prices why not buy now? My home has lost 10% in value I paid $300,000.00 and now its only worth $270,000.00 why would I take a $30,000.00 loss? My answer to that is:
